I am glad you decided to take this journey with me.
Over the next few days I am going to email you what I have done over the last year to shed my fat and get my body looking like a fit dad.
I have two girls Kyla(4) and Casandra(7 months).
Just like you I am proud to be their father and love watching them grow and change.
When I turned 40 I had a realization that I didn’t want them growing up with a fat dad.
I wanted to be fit and agile so I could play and challenge them.
I also wanted them to be proud that their father took pride in keeping himself fit.
Shortly after my birthday I dove in and started putting into practice what I teach my patients.
It started with reducing how much I was eating, getting rid of eating grains and milk products and upping my intensity with my exercise.
Losing weight is really simple when you think about it… Just eat less calories per day and make sure you sweat a lot everyday to burn more calories then you eat and you will lose weight.
It really is that simple and if we all just did that then no one would be fat.
But I realize it is not as easy as one sentence and my hope over the next few days is to show you what I did.
Like I mentioned on the previous page the first step I took was changing what I ate for breakfast.
If you don’t already have a juicer or blender now would be a good time to go out and buy one.
Juicing and making a smoothie in the morning of green leafy vegetables and fruit it a great way to start the day and limit the number of calories you eat.
I do this everyday accept the odd time we go out for breakfast because I still like a big breakfast every now and then.
Search on google for ‘Green Smoothie Recipies’ there are a ton of them and a simple way to make gradual changes to get you fit.

P.S. I just finished a workout at home and my floor is soaking wet, my shorts are wet and I am writing this while I cool down before I jump in the shower. Lots of sweating is key to fat loss. More on that tomorrow.
